Event Description:
Hi Riot, I am starting the third season of our private league, Netaholics LOL League. The name comes from a local PC cafe that a group of friends hang out on a weekly basis. We've had two successful seasons, growing our league size from - 3 teams (16 players) in Season 1 - 4 teams (22 players) in Season 2 and finally, we are now ramping up to 6 teams (40 players). Each team is comprised of 5 full time players and we have a pool of 10 dedicated subs. I recognize that we only have 6 teams which does not meet the minimum amount of teams, but we do have 40 players which would be able to make 8. However, we're all a bunch of friends who are in our late 20's/early 30's who work full time on the side and not everyone can commit to a full time schedule. We've been steadily growing our league and all of our prizes thus far have been funded privately by myself and another friend. I've been watching a few other local leagues who have been able to get riot sponsored prizes and I'd love to be able to offer that for our league. We're not the best players, but we love Riot and how you've grown the esports community. A lot of us follow the LCS and play all the Fantasy sports. Every season, we do live draft (this is how we make our teams fair), play a round robin and then have a playoff. The group is put together by ourselves - we cast our games, record them, upload them on youtube, and even made an API page. Here are the playlists of the two seasons we've done so far as well as the API page and google doc we made to track our seasons: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvHmlDv6l-X2jCxRzF2JhxnUacdIZhfRU https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvHmlDv6l-X1uDFvHSkap435xJpzkUEd7 http://neta.matthewcantelon.ca/ https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ar-ttaYXcT8IdDlndVM3UzI5bm8xOFBhdjBMdW1lY3c&usp=drive_web#gid=2 https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmpFEkGR5h-HdGxzVmJRY1h2bXNVbmlxZUlVbngxV2c#gid=14 We'd love it if you could make a one time exception to our team size, I'd really be able to give our league a feeling of pride without putting a financial strain on our organizers. We've been running the league for nearly a year now, and all of our growth has been organically, through word of mouth. We fully expect to be able to reach the 8 team minimum next season! Thank you, David

Event Description:

A player becomes team leader if the team to which it belongs is (mostly) agree. If a player games individually and be matched with other players each (or possibly in pairs) will be drawn the foreman. If he does not want to assume the responsibilities of this role will be able to choose another player to jump to the office. The team leader manages his team. Also, it has the possibility of: - Invite other players to his squad before the end of registration and invite reserves during the duration of the tournament; - Decide on the roles of the players (adc Bot, bot support, mid, Assassin, etc.). - Solve the internal affairs of the team; - Make sure that no player aid, in any way, the enemy team .; - It must also decide before the end of the entries in a name for your team. single player Every player in both single and in pairs or in a team ready can and / or should: - Being part of a team only; - Only create a team; - Tell your foreman who did not participate in the game before (possibly) exit; - Exit from a team when and how he wants, as long as someone notices; - Report any admin doubt or perplexity that takes place on the team and on which he disagrees. matches As mentioned previously, a team may be brought already full of 5 people or couples can form or join individually. The team leader must also upload to the site a screenshot (Print Screen + Paste on any graphics program such as Paint, Photoshop, GIMP, etc.) To verify the result of the match. If the winning team and the losing team agree on the outcome of the match, the result will be automatically updated. The Administrator may at any time change the outcome of a match in case of irregularities. If by chance a team does not show up or some of his players will not be present after 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the game the other team would win by forfeit. All screenshots must be uploaded within the given maximum established by the admin to play the games. All the games do not load on the page will be void and, therefore, both teams will have lost. When these eventually, the points of gradatorie will be updated and only the top 4 teams will pass the turn. Among the latter two at the 4 teams will make a game. The two winning teams will finally go to the finals, while the two losing teams will compete for the 3rd and 4th place. If during the various rounds there will be teams with the same score in the middle rounds of the tournament will go the team that will have more playoff points (ask the admin how they are calculated in the current tournament). Reasons for banning and expulsion If any player should be noted that other flammano, write hurtful things or blaspheme the administrator will ban the individual. To ban a player there are two ways: all 4 other players in the team must report the player OR must be submitted a screenshot. If a player during the tournament is banned or kicked out the foreman to replace the player within 24 hours and indicate this on the Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/pages/Italian-League-of-Legends-Tournaments/ 1425851434328790] administrator. If the player, within 24 hours, will not be replaced when indicated administrator OR the team will lose the game by forfeit. For a team can have up to 2 reservations which may be appointed by the foreman during the tournament, stating the message via the admin nick. If a team plays with a player and not the team that is not one of the two reserves, the opposing team can make a screenshot and post it on the page at the table to win their team.   P. S.
