Hello and thank you for taking interest in our Queensland Amateur League of Legends Tournament. This Tournament is a local tournament based in Queensland, you MUST live in QLD to enter. The QAL will be working on a points system, For every win a team secure they will gain 1 point. The 4 teams with the most points will then enter the semifinals. The two winning teams will go up against each other and compete for the title. The losing teams will compete for third place. If a team has the same amount of points coming onto the semifinals the decision will be made based on the amount of kills secured in the last game. The matches will be drawn at random. Max team size is 10 (5 players 5 subs) the names of all these members must be included in the application, any substitutions shall be made before the champion draft. Your team is required to have set position per player on your team (Subs excluded). However, you may change your lineup but you’re required to let the event organisers know and also your opponent before matches. You can only win by destroying the enemy teams nexus or by forcing the other team to surrender. The game will be played on summoners rift as a 5v5 Tournament Draft pick. Once you have signed up, you may not change anyone in your roster. for every 5 minutes (max 45 min) that you delay the start of the game your team will be forced to wait at the nexus for 1 minutes If the enemy team get to your nexus in this time you are allowed to defend it. once the 45 minutes is up the team delaying the game will lose and the point will be awarded to the winning team Entries for this competition will close on the 1st of December 11:00 pm Brisbane time. The first match will be played at 7:30 on the 11th of December, matches will then continue until all the teams has Faced each other on the rift. The event organizer will contact the captain of each team with there game dates and times. The semi final contestants will then be chosen and the dates will be set based on the availability of each team. Provide correct Summoner Names for each player participating in the tournament. The names in our form that you register with, are the exact names being used to submit for prizing. Please make sure you spell them correctly when registering. (i.e special characters, numbers, etc.) All league of legends Teams are welcome to join our tournaments. When the tournament host says you can start, you have 15 minutes to start the game. If the game was not started by 15 minutes, the guilty team will be disqualified. Summoners should be a Level 30 in the League of Legends Client. Roster changes cannot be made after one day before the tournament start date. Register your team at our Tournament Registration Page. Teams consist of 5 (3v3 = 3) summoners. Teams are allowed 2 substitutes during the 5v5 (ARAM) / 3v3 tournaments. Substitutes must already be on your Team Roster and must be submitted to us in the registration form.** Teams who are joining any tournament must Check In 15 minutes prior to game time. (You will need to check in, in out chat room in the League of Legends Client called AllMidAllRandom Check in ends at the time the Tourname Provide Summoner Names as it is spelled on your League of Legends Client. nt starts. If your team misses the Check In, your team will forfeit the tournament. The only way to check in is to join with all team members our chat room in the League of Legends client, and the captain calls that you are ready to play. Your match will be checked on your match history. 'In game' pauses can only occur when a player disconnects from the game or is having technical difficulties. This is a Professional Amateur Tournament and we expect all to act accordingly. Before a pause you must all chat request the pause and state your reason. Instant pause is allowed on disconnect only. In game pauses can only last 5 minutes max. Any single pause in a game exceeding 5 minutes may result in disqualification. Teams are limited to 2 pauses per game. All rounds of the tournament will be played same day. (Time duration may vary) GAME RESTART: If summoners have trouble connecting to the game during champion select or during the loading screen game may constitute in a restart. Before you do that you must contact the Tournament host. If the League of Legends server crashes. If a player disconnects for no reason (quits) the game, the game will resume as normal. DISQUALIFICATIONS: Any team accused and proved to be using any hacks, cheats etc. Any team displaying poor sportsmanship or not following the Summoners Code. Use of a Summoner not on your provided team roster. Summoners using the original rosters summoner name with a different player playing on the account. Intentionally Feeding/Throwing the game for the purpose of the other team winning. (win trading) Intentionally use of any bugs. All of the above may constitute in a disqualification upon a AllMidAllRandom coordinator's discretion. If disqualified then your team loses right to any prizes for the entered tournament. PRIZES: Prizes for our free tournament will be determined each tournament. -La Segunda Temporada constará de dos ligas (Fase Regular) de ocho equipos cada una, de las cuales, los cuatro primeros de cada liga se clasificarán para la Fase de Playoffs y podrán aspirar a diversos premios durante, y al final de la liga. -Estructura La Fase Regular comenzará el Lunes 19 de Enero de 2015 y acabará a finales de Abril, y será retransmitida todos los Lunes, Martes, Miércoles y Jueves de las semanas establecidas por la organización. La Fase de Playoffs será establecida por la organización más adelante, pero seguramente se celebre entre Mayo y Junio y se compondrá de un bracket formado de la siguiente manera: Los partidos de cuartos de final y semifinales se jugarán a BO3 y la final a BO5. -Normativa Segunda Temporada Los jugadores que quieran participar en esta liga deberán ser Bronce, Plata u Oro. Jugadores igual o superior a Platino V no podrán participar en la Liga MancomunitY Amateur. Si un jugador comenzó la temporada siendo Oro I y a lo largo de la temporada sube a Platino V, podrá jugar igualmente hasta el final de la temporada, no queremos que dejéis de jugar clasificatorias(SoloQ) por jugar en nuestra liga. Las alineaciones de los equipos pueden variar, por ejemplo, un jugador que juega normalmente como mid, en cualquier momento puede pasar a jugar top, siempre que se avise a la organización con al menos 2 días de antelación. En los picks y bans de los partidos tenéis que colocaros en siguiente orden: Top, Jungler, Mid, Adc, Support, siendo posible el uso del “placeholder”. Los equipos estarán formados por 5 jugadores y 1 suplente. Los equipos podrán usar un máximo de 3 pick ups, de forma que por cada pick up que gastéis, se os restará 1 del total. Si un equipo se queda sin pick ups a final de temporada, y no se pueden presentar a un partido, se dará el partido por perdido. Los días de los partidos serán entre Lunes y Jueves a partir de las 22:00. Pueden haber excepciones en las que la organización decidirá si un partido se juega un dia diferente de los citados anteriormente. La hora de los partidos, normalmente, será: Previa de los partidos: 22:00. 1º Partido: 22:15. 2º Partido: 23:15. El periodo de inscripciones para la siguiente temporada lo decidirá la organización, siempre avisando por redes sociales y nuestra página web, con antelación. La duración de la Fase Regular de la Liga MancomunitY Amateur la decidirá la organización, pero aproximadamente, tendrá una duración de 3 meses y 2 semanas. El inicio de la Segunda Temporada de la Liga MancomunitY Amateur será el 19 de Enero de 2015 -Configuración de las Partidas Servidor: EUW Mapa: Grieta del Invocador(5vs5) Modo: Reclutamiento Ganador del partido: El primer equipo que destruya el Nexo Rival será el ganador. Podéis rendiros si lo encontráis necesario. Pausas: Podéis pausar un máximo de 15 min por equipo en cualquier momento de la partida excepto en los que se citan a continuación: -Teamfights -Luchas en dragon/baron Los organizadores se encargarán de preparar la sala para los dos equipos. Se invitará primero al capitán del equipo y éste será quien invite a sus compañeros. La partida se iniciará cuando el organizador lo decida. Presentación a los partidos: Hay un tiempo límite de 15 minutos para presentarse. Pasado este tiempo, si uno de los jugadores o equipos no se ha presentado, el equipo que sí lo haya hecho será considerado ganador del partido por incomparecencia del oponente. Cada 5 minutos que pasen desde la hora acordada, se sancionará al equipo con un baneo menos, de forma que si el partido se concretó para las 22:00, a las 22:05 tendrás un ban menos, a las 22:10 se negará otro ban(2 en total), y a las 22:15 el partido se dará por perdido para el equipo que no se haya presentado. -En caso de desconexión: En caso de desconexión de algún jugador, se podrá pausar el partido hasta que se reconecte. En caso de no reconectar en el tiempo de pausa de su equipo(15 minutos), el equipo que haya causado la desconexión perderá el partido. Imposible conectarse: Si no es posible re-conectarse por parte de alguno de los jugadores por un problema con el servidor, el partido se anulará y se pospondrá a otro día, decidido por la organización (en el caso de haber gastado un pick up, se considerará pick up utilizado y ese jugador deberá jugar el partido con su equipo). Está absolutamente prohibido pausar la partida en medio de una "teamfight". -Lista de sanciones Alineación indebida de un equipo: Desafío perdido y se resta un pick up del total. Uso de cuentas por parte de otro jugador: Desafío perdido y se os resta un pick up del total. Comportamiento antideportivo / insultos o menosprecio a la organización: INDIVIDUAL: Tarjeta amarilla. El jugador estará amonestado y una segunda tarjeta amarilla acarreará la expulsión inmediata de la Liga MancomunitY. EQUIPO: Según la gravedad, la sanción podría ser de una tarjeta amarilla para todos los jugadores del equipo hasta la expulsión inmediata de todo el equipo de la Liga MancomunitY Amateur, siendo baneados indefinidamente para volver a jugar otra temporada. Desafíos falsos o pactados: El equipo que haga esta acción, se le dará por perdido el partido y no podrán banear ningún campeón en su próximo partido. Protestar un partido sin motivo: La organización estudiará el caso y se aplicarán diferentes sanciones según la gravedad. -Horarios El día y la hora de los partidos serán facilitados por la organización(os enviaremos un calendario para que podáis prepararos los partidos con tiempo). Debéis estar disponibles en el cliente de League of Legends al menos, 15 minutos antes de empezar el partido. La organización preparará los partidos e invitará a la sala a los jugadores por orden. Si un jugador no se puede presentar al partido, podéis utilizar 1 de los 5 pick ups en total que podéis usar a lo largo de la Temporada(1 por jugador), avisando con antelación(al menos 24 horas antes).

- As inscrições serão gratuitas pelo email contato@animegakuen.com durante o período 24/01 a 30/01. - A inscrição é dada mediante a apresentação dos seguintes dados: Nome do Time, Nome Completo e Nick do integrantes. -- Para confirmação da inscrição do time é obrigatório a apresentação de cinco ingressos. - Limite de 25 equipes inscritas. - A partida segue Seleção de Torneio Competitivo, não sendo aceito seleção CORINGA (este somente será aceito em casos de problema de conta e se o meso for aceito por ambas equipes previamente). - A equipe campeã da edição anterior entra diretamente nas quartas-de-final fechando a chave. - A participação é limitada a maiores de 12 anos que estejam participando do evento Anime Gakuen (obrigatório aquisição de ingresso até o dia 30/01). - Será permitida a participação de qualquer nível de evocador, não sendo aceitas reclamações de "desvantagem" por questão de runes ou masteries. - Todas as partidas até a final serão definidas com uma vitória, a final será MD3 (a equipe que obtiver duas vitórias ganha). - A fase eliminatória terá começo no dia 31/01. - É terminantemente proibido utilização de qualquer palavra de baixo calão, preconceitos contra credo, raça e orientação sexual e política. Caso a equipe incorra nessa infração sofrerá penalização na forma de: uma ocorrência - notificação, duas ocorrências - DESQUALIFICAÇÃO de toda a equipe do torneio. A partida possui delay de espectador, logo, a ocorrência conta após a partida como uma, quando será dada a advertência. - Em casos de "BUG" durante a escolha dos personagens, a mesma DEVE ser refeita seguindo a mesma ordem de invocador, ban e seleção de personagem até o momento em que ocorreu ou foi detectado o BUG. - A partida presencial ocorrerá com os dois times no mesmo ambiente dispostos de modo que não seja possível visualizar a tela do time adversário. - A presença do treinador será permitida na partida presencial, mas o mesmo é obrigao à permanecer atrás dos jogadores da equipe e não poderá interferir na partida. - A equipe pode ter até dois membros reservas, sendo estes opcionais. - Os computadores disponíveis tem a seguinte configuração: Intel i5 4ª geração, 16G Ram e GTX 550 TI. - O atraso pela ausência de um membro da equipe gera derrota da partida por WO. - Somente serão aceitos atrasos em caso de atualização do jogo lançada no tempo limite de 1h antes da partida marcada. - É responsabilidade do competidor estar com o jogo atualizado para a partida. - Em caso de problemas de conexão, se, e somente SE, o organizador responsável também estiver tendo dificuldades, a partida será cancelada e deverá ser refeita inclusive para garantir fins de julgamento com relação à infração das demais regras. - Em casos de divergências ou não abranjidos por essa regra, a decisão final cabe ao organizador responsável, sendo essa inquestionável e induscutível. Em casos de persistência, a equipe em questão será desclassificada. - O modo de jogo será 5v5 Summoner´s Rift. - O torneio seguirá o formato chave eliminatória. - Nas partidas presenciais será fornecido um computador com mouse, teclado e monitor LCD. Cada participante pode trazer seu próprio equipamento (mouse, teclado e monitor) e não serão aceitas reclamações referentes aos fornecidos pelo evento, podendo levar à desclassificação da equipe. - Obrigatório levar seu próprio FONE-DE-OUVIDO para a etapa presencial. - A organização retém o direito de alterações das regras sem aviso prévio.

Happy New Year everyone. Although we all remember 2014 like it was just last week, it's time to step up and make plans for 2015 and start creating new experiences to align with our new-year resolutions. At OSSL our resolution is simple: Host the best tournament possible. On that note, let us introduce our latest creation - The Autumn Split. The Autumn Split will see the finest, luckiest and sneakiest school-based LoL teams climb their way over the crushed egos of their competitors to the make it to the finals. There are a few significant changes from last years formatting and we're going to run you through these in more detail soon. The general gist of the changes are; - Alterations to team requirements based on location - New formatting; stage games will occur over a 12 week period leading to the finals - New timeframe rules to manage matches - New communications rule - all communication is to be done through team captains.
